Using Polk County Busted Mugshots means that the visitor accepts these Terms and Conditions. Anyone who does not accept them should stop using the pages and linked tools. These terms apply to the private reference service and do not replace the rules of a Polk County or Georgia government office.

Polk County Busted Mugshots is privately owned and has no affiliation with a government body, the Polk County Sheriff's Office, Polk County Jail, Georgia Department of Corrections, or any court. Neither this service nor its advertising or search partners provides a service covered by the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The pages point visitors toward Polk County and Georgia record resources, but this is not a private investigation firm or a consumer reporting agency.

What the Service Provides

This is a private reference site with no government connection. It stores no official Polk County records, cannot confirm custody, cannot release anyone, cannot file documents, and cannot promise that a roster or linked record is complete. A booking entry is an intake record, not a court judgment.

  • Creditworthiness decisions, credit terms, insurance underwriting, or insurance premiums.
  • Licensing, permits, government-program access, or eligibility decisions.
  • Any other use regulated by the FCRA.

Links Outside Polk Mugshots

Links may lead to the Polk County current-inmates view, 24 Hours Arrests, Inmates by Arrest Date, the county NextRequest portal, the Georgia Department of Corrections query, court resources, legal information, and third-party search services. Polk County Busted Mugshots does not control those providers, their content, their data practices, their prices, or their uptime. Review the terms and privacy notice for each destination before using it.

Service Offered As Is

All pages and tools are supplied “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made about:

  • Accuracy, completeness, or currency of a page or linked result.
  • Continuous access or uninterrupted operation.
  • Freedom from errors, bugs, harmful code, or security weaknesses.
  • The depth, accuracy, or coverage of a partner's search results.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Polk County Busted Mugshots and its owners, operators, contributors, and content partners from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, that arise from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Ownership of Site Materials

Unless a separate notice says otherwise, the site's text, graphics, logos, layout, and code belong to Polk County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. Copying, redistributing, selling, or modifying those materials requires written permission from the applicable owner.

Changes to These Terms

If One Term Fails

If a court finds any part of these terms invalid or unenforceable, the remaining terms stay in effect. The affected language will be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable.
